Susan's background in design combined with her insatiable sweet tooth led her to start experimenting with baking as an outlet for her creative instincts. Growing up in sunny Sydney, Australia Susan has travelled around the world and takes her inspiration from many different sources not least of which the variety of clients who come to her for something truly unique but at the same time represents their tastes and passions. 

Plums and Roses Cakes was started as the demand for Susan's cakes grew and her reputation for producing cupcakes, cakes and cookies that taste as good as they look spread.
